What It Does
Our Bulk Lookup Tool allows you to access data for hundreds — or even thousands — of products all at once. You give us a big list of barcodes, and we give you back a spreadsheet (CSV) of product information.
And now, with our Self-Serve Tool, the process is automated start-to-finish. No need to wait for someone from our team to intervene.
(Our Bulk Lookup Tool is geared for non-technical users and one-off lookups, but if you're building an app we recommend our API.)
How It Works: A Few Easy Steps
Say goodbye to the hassle of looking up products one by one. Our Bulk Lookup Tool streamlines your workflow with a few easy steps:
1. Provide Your Email Address
Enter your email address to get started. We'll use it to keep you updated throughout the process.
2. Paste in Your Barcode Numbers
Paste your list of barcode numbers into our web-form, one barcode per line.
3. Preview Your Results (Optional)
After a brief processing period — about 5 seconds per barcode — you can download a sample CSV of your results. This preview includes all of the fields and information for a handful of the items you requested.
4. Pay Invoice
If everything looks good, you can pay the provided invoice. (See pricing info below.)
And that's it! You'll be granted immediate access to the product data requested, available as a spreadsheet (CSV) that you can download. You can always come back and re-download this data in the future.
What to Expect: Fast and Reliable Results
Our Bulk Lookup Tool delivers fast and dependable results. Once complete, the spreadsheet we provide is in a standard format (CSV) that can be opened with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and about any application that works with spreadsheet data.
The final spreadsheet will provide detailed product information for each item, including the following fields:
- Barcode Number (UPC or EAN)
- Product Name
- Image (provided as a URL)
- Product Description
- Brand
- Product Category
- Ingredients (where available)
- Net Content (where available)
